KALE KRUNCH BACON SAUTEED SALAD (HIGH PROTEIN-LOW CARB)


This recipe is jam packed with plenty of nutrients & benefits for our bodies. This sauteed kale salad is high in protein, low in fat, and low in carb! The kale is one of the most nutritious greens that you could have. It is overloaded with Vitamin A which is great for vision, immune system, skin, and more. The turkey bacon is high in protein which helps us with our muscle growth, hair, skin, etc. The touch of lemon juice gives it a great acidic additive to this salad. It is gluten-free so it will prevent any bloating or stomach discomfort. I promise you, you won’t need any dressing on top of this. All of the components gives it a great splash of flavor. The sharp cheddar gives it a bit of fat which helps us stay full. Not only does it taste good, but it is very healthy and nutritious. You can add a bit of salad dressing, or avocado.
